How The Taliban Launched An Audacious Attack On A NATO Base In Afghanistan -- The Australian/The Times

BRITISH and US investigators were last night piecing together how a small group of Taliban insurgents dressed in American Army uniforms managed to pull off one of the most audacious and costly attacks against coalition forces of the decade-long war.

Two American Marines were killed and six US Harrier jump jets destroyed in the assault on Camp Bastion, a sprawling and highly fortified compound in the middle of the Helmand desert where Prince Harry is based as an Apache helicopter co-pilot.
